Last night we went to the movies. Once again, we partook of the food in this restaurant in the Haifa Mall:

This time with Saba, Amelia, Roya, Sieni and Lucia:

Then, on to the cinemas:

To my right:

And to my left – guess who happened to appear out of the blue – Swee and Faraz:

On the sherut back home:

Oh I almost forgot. We watched the Chronicles of Narnia.

hey laysan, how was the movie? worth it? love from leila
It was quite enjoyable and well made. I didn’t know anything about the story before, and I had fun. Don’t take really small children though I believe it would be scary for them.
i don’t have any small children. i was one when i read the chronicles, though. i’ve been thinking about re-reading them anyway, because they were incredibly good: fantastically imaginative, well-told story, pure childlike escapism. you should totally try them, if you’re ever at a loose end. and have memorised all the Hidden Words already.
So good to see familiar faces! Not to mention the sherut, which became an omnipresent fixture in my life in Israel.
So Lessan, namaste to thee from the land that opened the gates of the Divine Word into my beloved Southeast Asia–India! Did I just confuse you with so much words? Or so much information? Are you confused? Are you happy with your marriage?
Keep in touch. I have no idea how, but do keep the touch in.
Love,
